Terms of use
Terms of use for the FreeProTools website and the tools it offers.
Subject
These terms govern the use of the FreeProTools website and its tools: resume builder, cover letter builder, invoice generator, quote generator, gross/net salary calculator, and percentage calculator.
Access to the service
FreeProTools' tools are accessible with no account required. You can upload your file, use any tool, and preview your result free of charge. No payment information is requested unless and until you choose to download a finished file.
Pricing and payment
Downloading a finished file costs a flat $1 (USD) per download, with no subscription. Payment is made by mobile money or card through our payment provider, SasPay; FreeProTools never receives or stores your card details. The download begins automatically once your payment has been confirmed.
Because the file is generated and prepared specifically for you at the moment of payment, and the download is made available immediately upon confirmation, the download is considered fulfilled as soon as it starts and is non-refundable except where required by applicable law, or in case of a technical failure that prevented the download from completing. If you believe you were charged without receiving your file, contact us at contactfreeprotools@gmail.com with your payment reference and we will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund.
Use of generated documents
Documents you generate (resumes, letters, invoices, quotes) belong to you once downloaded. FreeProTools claims no rights over their content. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into them, particularly for documents with legal or accounting value such as invoices.
Limitation of liability
The calculators (salary, percentage, tax) provide estimates for informational purposes only. FreeProTools cannot be held responsible for the use of results without verification by a qualified professional (accountant, payroll specialist) where the situation requires it.
Service availability
FreeProTools strives to ensure continuous access to the site, without guaranteeing absolute availability. The site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.
Changes to these terms
FreeProTools reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The version in effect is the one published on this page.
